Detection method of surface cleanliness of Aluminum Products Line Cutting Processing
The purpose of cleaning is to achieve a certain degree of cleanliness of the aluminum profile processing parts. Different workpieces have different requirements for performance and reliability because of different cleaning purposes. Therefore, the requirements for cleanliness are also different, and the content and methods of cleanliness inspection and evaluation are also different. Some contaminants on the surface of the workpiece can be detected directly, while others need to be detected by indirect methods. The cleanliness of parts and system cavities in machinery is usually determined by indirect methods, based on the degree of contamination of the working fluid or process cleaning fluid used.
1. Visual observation method:
If it is clean or not, it can be observed directly with the naked eye, or can be observed with a 5x magnifying glass. This is a very simple and convenient method, but it is difficult to judge the trace pollutants.
2. Wipe method:
Use white paper, filter paper, and white silk cloth to wipe the surface of the aluminum profile. Use the naked eye to observe the degree of contamination on the white paper, filter paper, and white silk cloth to determine the degree of cleanliness. It is suitable for the production site, but it can only make rough qualitative judgments, not precise judgments and quantitative analysis.
3. Water spray method:
After cleaning, spray water on the surface of the aluminum profile processing part to see if the water film on the surface is continuous. If the water film is not continuous, it is in a broken state, indicating that the cleaning is not clean and there is still oil stains. Because metal surfaces are hydrophilic surfaces, if there is no oil stains, water will wet the surface well, and the water film will be continuous; if it is not cleaned, if there are oil stains on the surface, the water film will be broken. This is also a way to judge the cleanliness of the production site, this method may affect the judgment if there are surfactants on the surface.
4. Contact angle method:
After cleaning the aluminum profile parts, drop a drop of water on the surface, and use a contact angle meter to measure the contact angle of the water film. If the contact angle is large, it means that there is oil stains and the surface is not well wetted; if the contact angle is small, it means oil stains. It was washed clean. This needs to be carried out in a laboratory, and the test is relatively simple, but the surface to be tested must be representative.
5. Water drop method:
Drop a drop of water on the surface to be tested at a certain height to detect the diameter of the drop on the plane. A large diameter indicates good wetting and clean oil stains; a small diameter indicates poor wetting and poor cleaning.
